AGILE ANALYSIS CERTIFICATION (IIBA-AAC)

Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) training course enables analysts to rapidly and intelligently prioritize requirements and optimize resource (time, talent, budget) allocation to get the right requirements “right” – using the proper techniques to rapidly deliver the right level of detail and precision, to the right people at the right time. 

In this two-day in-depth Agile business analysis course, participants will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to be productive analysts on agile projects. The course focuses on skills for all three levels of an agile project: product level, release level, and iteration (sprint). Participants will work in small teams to build lean analysis skills and learn how to do the right amount of analysis for the project team to succeed. In particular, participants will understand the role of the business analyst on an agile project, how to elicit and document requirements with stories and other rapidly developed models, prioritize requirements, and guide the stakeholders through the project.
