PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRACTICUM

Project Management Practicum course will teach you how to utilise MS Project to design a strategy for a specific issue. In addition, the system provides a fundamental understanding of project management. The purpose is to demonstrate how to visually portray a project and obtain high-level reports to aid in project management.  This course is not intended to teach students how to define, structure, define events, or monitor a project on a professional level. The Project Management Practicum Course is for participants who work as project managers on the staff of an organisation that manages and implements project work as an opportunity to demonstrate programme outcomes learned in the Bachelor of Science in Project Management programme under the supervision of both faculty and organisation personnel. Weekly diaries, a midterm conference with the lecturer, faculty internship coordinator, and on-site supervisor, and a final report are among the assignments that combine theory and professional practice. Practicum provides students with hands-on project management experience.
Participants will be expected to participate in group discussions and take an active role in the workplace, collaborating with experts involved in projects in various capacities. These professionals could include upper-level supervisors, project team members, sponsors, stakeholders, project managers, or those working on projects to demonstrate program-related knowledge and skills.
