Program Management is the process of managing several related projects, often with the intention of improving an organization's performance. The discipline of program management requires a refined set of business and leadership skills that are vastly different from that of a project manager.
The certification exam has 170 multiple-choice questions. And you have 210 minutes to complete it. To maintain your PMI-RMP, you must earn 30 professional development units in risk management topics every three years.
Prerequisites for PgMP Certification Training.
To apply for the Program Management Professional (PgMP), candidates need to have:
A Four-year Degree (Bachelor's or Global equivalent).
Minimum four years of Project Management experience.
Four years of Program Management experience.
The Project Management Institute's (PMI)® PgMP® defines the global standard of best practices for program management professionals. As a result of attending this training course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively navigate the program management discipline and successfully prepare for and pass the PgMP® certification exam.
