A Certified Quality Process Analyst may be a recent graduate or someone with work experience who wants to demonstrate his or her knowledge of quality tools and processes.
By attending the Certified Quality Process Analyst Training Program attendees learn about the tools and the methods to support–and become integral members of–their organization’s Improvement Team.
Upon completion attendees will: – Define a quality plan, describe its purpose for the organization as a whole, and know who has responsibility for contributing to its development – Select, construct, apply, and interpret the basic quality tools – Define and explain elements of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) – Process Improvement Techniques: Six Sigma, Lean, Benchmarking – Understand Project and Quality Management techniques – Data Analysis – Corrective and Preventive Action
Best practices of business modelling methods are transferred by means of short, focused presentations, followed by experiential learning workshop sessions. In these sessions the knowledge gained is applied to real-world examples and case studies. Use of special applications and statistical software’s might be used.
Additionally we will work with the attendees to ensure that they understand the areas which will be covered, and have experienced tests similar to those provided by ASQ.
