  • Leadership and coaching: Considering where coaching sits in the framework of management approaches and looking at how coaching works.
  • The coaching framework and foundations: A simple framework for the coaching process which will help move teams forward to achieve the necessary goals and outcomes for the business.
  • Essential skills: Tools and techniques to help the individuals within teams align and perform to performance targets.
  • Practical work: Participants work in small co-coaching groups with peer and tutor feedback to practice a full coaching session

Who should attend

Leaders of departmental, cross-functional or project teams who have direct accountability for the results of others.

  • Educational Requirements:
    A four year degree along with 35 Hours of project management training or CAPMⓇ certification.

    Or

    A high school diploma/associate degree. With this an additional 35 hours of project management training or CAPMⓇ certification.
  • Professional Requirements:
    If you have a 4 year degree, you would also need experience of 36 months leading projects.

    Or

    If you have an associate degree/high school diploma, you will need experience of 60 months leading projects.
  • Exam Type: Closed book, Multiple choice, multiple responses, matching, hotspot, etc.
  • No Of Questions: 180 questions per paper, 175 scored
  • Exam duration: 230 Minutes
  • Result: The passing score is determined through psychometric analysis
